DELIVERY SERVICES
Our Operations guru works hard to get you the lowest cost provider for items purchased online. The exact but always competitive shipping charge is based on your shipping location. Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery.
Local Store Pickup
You are welcome to come pick up your furniture during open hours. We request you pick up your furniture within 14 days of purchase. After that, we will assume your furniture is abandoned and property of VNTG Home to resell or use as we wish. A $ 10 day surcharge will be applied each day after the 14 days if you choose to pick it up. A copy of your receipt of purchase is required to pick up your furniture.
Logistics fees for Delivery and Customer Pickup
By number of items:
* 0-4 items: $149
* 5-9 items: $199
* 10-19 items: $249
* each additional lot of 10: $149
Surcharges for distance:
* 25-50 miles from warehouse: $50 surcharge
* 50-100 miles from warehouse: $200 surcharge
Surcharges by size/weight
* china cabinets, armoires, tall heavy items in general: $50 surcharge
* pianos: $300 surcharge
White-Glove Delivery
- Your delivery location must be within 50 miles or less of our Cleveland, Ohio location for our standard delivery service. If it is further additional fees apply.
- A representative will call to arrange a delivery date and confirm an appointment time-frame.
- If you are out of our delivery range and you find a piece you like, you are free to arrange third-party courier delivery. We will work with them to ensure safe delivery of your furniture to your desired destination.
